GENERAL
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
✦ All prices listed are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commercial use is available upon request and will be charged 2–5× the base price depending on the intended usage.
✦ I accept: fanart, original character, your photo in my art style, nekkomimi (ears & tail), BL/GL couple.
✦ I reserve the right to refuse any request that I am uncomfortable drawing.PAYMENT
✦ Payment via Paypal (USD) or Mandiri/BCA (IDR).
✦ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
✦ All payments are required before I start the work.
✦ An invoice will be sent after the commission details have been confirmed.REVISIONS
✦ Two major revision is included during the sketch phase.
✦ Up to three minor revisions are included during the coloring/rendering phase.
✦ Additional revisions may incur extra charges unless the mistake is mine.
✦ Major changes requested after sketch approval (such as changing the character, pose, composition, or outfit) may be treated as a new commission.TURNAROUND TIME
✦ Estimated completion time is 2–4 weeks after sketch approval depending on my workload and the complexity of the commission.
✦ If you have a deadline, please let me know before placing your order.
✦ Rush commissions may incur an additional fee depending on my availability.
✦ In case of illness or unexpected circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible regarding any delays.DELIVERY
✦ Final artwork will be delivered via email included files: PNG & JPG.
✦ Optional upon request: Transparent PNG, Speedpaint (if available).CANCELLATION & REFUND
Client Cancellation
✦ Full refund if I have not started working.
✦ Once work has started, refunds are not available.
Artist Cancellation
✦ If I am unable to complete the commission, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the progress made.COPYRIGHT & USAGE
✦ I, the artist, retains full copyright of all commissioned artwork.
✦ You may post the artwork with proper credit, and use it as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, or for personal prints.
✦ DO NOT claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature/watermark, or edit the artwork without permission.
✦ Commercial use requires an additional licensing fee (typically 2×–5× the base price), depending on the intended usage. Please discuss commercial rights before commissioning.
✦ Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, merchandise, branding, advertising, monetized content, streaming assets, games, and any project that generates revenue.
✦ NFTs, AI training, and AI-generated content usage are strictly prohibited.
✦ I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and social media unless confidentiality is requested before the commission starts.
